In addition to serving as the founder and CEO of Transformation7, I’m a former school principal who ditched her day job to become a professional speaker, author, and business and education consultant.

To date, clients who’ve worked with us and implemented our methodology have received their full asking prices for each contract they land!

I’ve been fortunate to keynote for multi-billion-dollar companies such as Rolls Royce and Humana. In addition to having the honor of presenting a TED Talk on the campus of the prestigious Rice University, my twenty years of leadership experience helped me hire over 400 people for the 25th annual ESSENCE Festival, one of the largest cultural festivals in the south.

To top it off, I’m a recurring guest expert on the CW and FOX networks and have been featured in FORBES magazine.
